GOAL PLANNING SESSIONS

Goal planning doesn’t need to be super intense and outlined to perfection - but - reviewing each aspect of the business, and thinking about the year in a snapshot, is VERY important for planning and strategy.

This happens by first identifying what you want to accomplish, your top priorities, and your ideal situation—then setting yourself up for success in reaching those goals and targets by implementing a few weekly and monthly milestones to keep you on track.

Goal/target setting across the business doesn’t need to be scary, complicated—or out of touch with how you run your business. This process isn’t tailored to large teams and corporations but for solopreneurs and small teams, keeping it realistic and digestible.

Mapping out general goals and targets, working through the possibility of more significant future ideas, and reverse engineering your ideal situation to see what timeline it needs to get there—ensures the business keeps moving forward.
